  1. I’d also like to see the stats of how much time is spent online. Frankly between work (9 hours per day moving nothing but my fingers and mouse hand), mobile usage, and internet surfing at home, the time sitting on my arse is quite high. For me, I seriously would need to change careers (in the process) AND my lifestyle paradigm to get moving. It is easy but difficult at the same time in my experience.

    1. In the end it is all about sitting. The average American sits for 9.3 hours per day while serious health issues become common above 6 hours per day. That is why building a passive fitness environment where you can stand or even walk around the room while working on your computer is so vitally important. For some inspiration, I’ll put out an infographic especially on sitting later today 😉
