Vodka is one of the largest consumer markets in India. The clear distilled alcoholic beverage finds many recipients because of its neutral taste which makes it a good drink without any blends and blends well with chasers and other flavors. It can be made as a buzzing, fresh cocktail just as easily as it can stay on the rocks. Vodka is traditionally made from fermented cereals and potatoes. But nowadays it is also being tested with fruits and nuts. Launched by Varna Bhat of Blisswater Industries Pvt Ltd, the mystery is the Goa-based craft vodka that truly embodies the essence of India. Crispy notes with a refreshing aftertaste, this vodka is plain and easy to enjoy on ice, making it extremely pleasant and delicious white spirit.
2. Smoke vodka
Another notable vodka that is made and bottled in India is Smoke Lab vodka. Its uniqueness in being made with Indian basmati rice! It goes through a 5-step distillation process to offer charcoal-filtered and classic and fennel-scented smoke vodka aniseed. It was the brainchild of NV Group director Varun Jain, who wanted their vodka to appeal to the urban younger generation. With a chic, modern-looking bottle, it certainly does.
3. White Mischief
This vodka became popular due to its association with IPL cheerleaders. Under the supervision of United Breweries Group, White Mischief has gained a huge market share of 46%, making it the best-selling vodka in India. What really appeals to young consumers is its variety, including strawberry + ginseng, mango + mint and green apple + cinnamon.
4. Magic moments
Radico Khaitan’s vodka has been on the market for some time and is still a favorite of many. It is produced from high quality grains and is threshed three times to give it a smooth finish. The drink contains 40% alcohol content but is very pleasant to the palate.

This vodka is pegged as an affordable drink for the public. It is produced by United Spirits, a subsidiary of the United Breweries Group. The name “Romanov” comes from the Russian Romanov dynasty, which ruled for centuries until 1900. Vodka has a sharp note with an underlying hint of spice. So, for those who like their drink with a strong aftertaste, this vodka is a good option.
