Aangan Reloaded Is Serving The Best Of Indian Cuisine That Will Keep Your Winter Blues Away

What is your idea for the perfect lunch or dinner? If you want good food combined with soothing music, interesting cocktails and a moonlit dining space where you can relax with friends and family, visit Aangan Reloaded which serves some of the best Indian food. Sitting stylishly on the lawn of the Hyatt Regency, the courtyard reloaded is an elegant Al-Fresco dining space with a live kitchen in the center. The restaurant menu has been chosen after extensive research. From desi dal makhani to chicken tikka makhani, from shrimp lapata to baingan bharta, and a huge range of hungry people – everything was put on the menu keeping in mind the taste buds of the population and food lovers.

Chief Chef Anil Khurana said, “Delhiites love dal makhani and butter chicken, so we make sure that our guests are served with the best taste of two popular dishes. We offer our ingredients from different parts of the country to give our guests exactly the same. They will have the same taste and experience when they go to eat at local places. ”

At the courtyard reloaded my meal began with fun-bouche-round gossip shots filled with spicy potatoes and tongs filled with water. The first two dishes we tasted were Hara Bhara Kebab and Murgh Tikka – both kebabs were quite delicious and the perfect way to start a food campaign. Then there was Chap Tajdar and Lehsuni Jhinga. Pieces of chap marinated with spices have revived our taste buds. Lahsuni shrimp was an interesting dish – if you like shrimp, I would say go ahead and try it. For those who prefer more kebabs on their table before going to the main course, we suggest you use their corn ke kebab, saffron cheese tikka and machi amritsari.

For the main course, I have definitely chosen some classics like Nalli Nihari, Murgha Khurchan, Baingan Bharta Amritsari, Murgha Tikka Makhani, Paneer Labdar and Dal Makhani. All these dishes are suitable for those who like ordinary North Indian food. Of all these main dishes, dal makhani, bingan mash amritsari and chicken tikka makhani were the best.

If you visit Aangan, you will not miss their desserts. Their dessert menu includes Mouth Water Firni, Keshari Rasmalai, Mango Kulfi, Anjir Kulfi, Kesari Kulfi etc. I chose Firnabi and Keshari Rasmalai. And it was worth a try because the creamy chenna dipped in orange-flavored milk was absolutely delightful.
