  • The plant has a 25 year power purchase agreement (PPA) with SECI at Rs 2.69 per kWh.

Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer One Limited (AHEJOL), a subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), has launched a 390 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant in Rajasthan.

The Jaisalmer plant is India’s first wind and solar hybrid power plant. Integrated hybrid power plants through solar and wind power generation, harness the full potential of renewable energy by resolving generation breaks and providing more reliable solutions to meet growing electricity demand.

The new plant has a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) which charges Rs. . With the successful launch of this plant, AGEL now has a capacity of 5.8 gigawatts. It well holds AGEL’s total renewable portfolio of 20.4 GW to meet the 45 GW capacity outlook by 2030.

The Adani Group’s Energy Network Operations Center (ENOC) platform has consistently demonstrated and assisted the group in achieving superior performance of its fully renewable portfolio spread across India.

The ENOC platform will help deliver industry-leading performance through this newly launched wind-solar hybrid power plant. Adani Green is committed to all UNSDGs, focusing on SDGs 7, 9, and 13.
