How to make egg masala | Easy egg spice recipe
First mix together the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and ginger-garlic paste for the spice paste. Coat boiled eggs in it. Deep fry the spiced eggs and place on a baking sheet. Rip them in half. Then, for the base, heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin, green pepper, shingles, onion, ginger and garlic. Fry the onion till golden brown. Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli and salt. Southee.
Now, add the tomatoes and cook until oil is left on the side and add water to the de-glaze. Add the deep-fried eggs. Season the eggs with spices. Pour over the tortillas. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve. For frying, put oil in a small pan. When the oil is hot, add Kashmiri chilli, fenugreek, cumin, mustard and curry leaves. Let it crack. Pour over the eggs.
