- Gold prices rose by Rs 62 to Rs 47,262 per 10 grams.
- Silver also rose by Rs 195 to Rs 60,122 per kg.
- International gold prices rose to 7 1,786 an ounce.
According to HDFC Securities, gold prices rose by Rs 62 to Rs 47,262 per 10 grams in the national capital on Monday, in line with the recovery of precious metals in the global market.
In previous trade, the precious metal was fixed at Rs 47,200 per 10 grams. Silver also rose by Rs 195 to Rs 60,122 per kg from Rs 59,927 per kg in the previous trade.
Gold was flat at 1, 1,786 an ounce and silver at .2 22.23 an ounce in international markets.
According to Tapan Patel, Senior Analyst (Products), HDFC Securities, “Gold traded up 0.15 per cent at USD 1,786 per ounce, compared to spot gold on the COMEX on Monday.”
