As we complete two years of epidemics, dining choices have changed dramatically. People are now looking for a memorable dining experience every time they go out. They want to see nothing less than a culinary philosophy that is simply suffocating. Gone are the days when casual dine-outs at local local food stores would suffice. The dimly lit environment and authentic Japanese decor elements – such as the cherry blossom tris and the book ‘Ikigai’ – were the first things we noticed on our tour. Each of them had a well-kept five-course meal with a cocktail to complement our exclusive preview table.
