For many people, the day starts after they have their first cup of coffee. It seems that actress Karisma Kapoor also fell into the fast growing category. In one of her latest Instagram stories, she expresses her love for coffee. The picture shows a cup of hot coffee. “Coffee and I,” Charisma wrote in the photo, adding a heart emoji at the end. Health experts believe that moderate consumption of coffee – 2-4 cups – can be healthy for most people and reduces the risk of some health problems such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and depression.
