Ingredients of Amritsari Kulcha
|1 cup all-purpose flour||1 tablespoon virgin olive oil|
|1 potato||1/2 teaspoon cumin powder|
|1/2 green chilli||1 pinch chaat masala|
|1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder||1/4 teaspoon coriander leaves|

|1/2 teaspoon baking powder||2 tablespoon lukewarm milk|
|1/4 teaspoon baking soda||1/2 teaspoon sugar|
|2 teaspoon refined oil||2 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)|
How to make Amritsari Kulcha
Step 1: prepare the flour
- Take a large pot and sift the flour in it.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, yogurt, and fine oil.
- Then add sugar and salt to the flour and mix well with your fingers.
- Add warm milk to the flour and knead the mixture to make a stiff dough.
- Cover with a damp cloth and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the potato filling. To make the stuffing for kulcha
- Take boiled potatoes and mash them in a bowl.
- Combine finely chopped onion and green pepper with mashed potatoes.
- Add chaat spices, coriander leaves, red chili powder, and cumin powder to the mixture.
- Sprinkle salt and mix the ingredients with a spoon.
Step 3: Roll the kulchas.
