Mango shakes are usually made by mixing mango with milk in a mixer. The idea is to make a frothy and cold summer drink by mixing ripe mango with milk, and occasionally a little ice cream. Chef Saranash Goila, however, shared a tip for making mango shakes without the need for ice cream.
Wondering how it works? The chef suggested making ice cubes of milk just by freezing the milk and then using it in the process of making mango shakes. In the caption to the video, he writes, “Shake evenly without ice cream and you’ll get that amazing silky frothy texture! Sometimes all you need is a good mango and a good technique.”
How To Make Mango Milkshake | Chef Saransh Goiler’s Mango Milkshake Recipe
- You will need a whole ripe mango for the mango milkshake recipe.
- Cut into small cubes and add to blender
- Meanwhile, freeze the full cream milk and let it set.
- Take out 8 ice cubes and add to blender.
- Now add two tablespoons of water and sugar or stevia to taste.
- Mix everything together and serve cold!
