Step 1: Soak fennel seeds in water overnight.

Step 2: Once the anise has grown to size, place it in a spice grinder

Step 3: Add khadi sugar.

Step 4: Crush them together. For best results, grind them on a flat surface.

Step 5: The mixture will start to give a viscous liquid. Strain it into a glass.
