Tandoori potato mash is a combination of tandoori mashed potatoes, potato ki sabzi and baigan ka mash. The potatoes are baked in tandoori-style and then cooked with signature spicy, tomato-onion mashed spices. This delicious vegetable can be served for lunch and dinner, you can combine it with your daily dal-chawal or eat it with tandoori roti.
Tandoori Potato Mashed Recipe: How To Make Tandoori Potato Mashed For Dinner
Start by making a marinade with hanging yogurt, almond paste, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, besan and tandoori spices. Add boiled potatoes and mix well. Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
Then heat the oil in a pan. Fry cumin, cardamom and black pepper. Fry for a while with onion and ginger-garlic paste. Then add tomatoes, red chilli powder, chopped chilli, coriander powder, tandoori spices and salt. Pour some yoghurt, sprinkle Kasuri methi and mix well. Finally, add the baked potatoes and mash well.
