Many of you still have a great opportunity to work from home. In that case, there is a possibility that you may be stuck in a meal plan, or a situation where your idea may end. During the lockdown in 2020, things like making cheese-loaded pizza or Dalgona coffee from scratch felt like a kitchen adventure. Now, however, these ideas seem mundane, or even stale. But not all is lost. Chef Kunal Kapoor shared a video recipe on Instagram, showing how to make an ultra-fast and ultra-delicious onion-tomato sandwich.

He captioned the post, “Make a job book (Make it when you are hungry) ”, and then go on to describe the process step by step.
Here are the ingredients Chef Kunal Kapoor used for sandwiches:
Bread – 4 pieces
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Leaves – 2 pieces
He used to fill in:
Onion crumbs – 8 cups
Cut tomatoes – 8 cups
Cucumber cut – 6 cups
Crush the coriander
Raw chilli powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Cheese slices – 2
Here’s how he made the sandwich:
For the filling, he mixed all the ingredients together except the cheese pieces. Then, he tossed the filling and set it aside.
Then, he spread butter on four slices of bread, turned the butter side down for two slices and put the filling on top.
With his hands he crushed the fried papad and sprinkled it on the bharta.
Then, he placed a piece of cheese on top and covered with the remaining two buttered slices, leaving the side of the butter.
Finally, he heated a pan and placed the bread on it and gently pressed it with a spatula to make sure the bread was toasted all around.
He carefully flipped it over and cooked until the bread turned brown on both sides.
Before serving, you can cut the sandwich in half.
