Veg Butter Recipe: How to make Veg Butter

Fry with chopped cauliflower, potatoes, peas, carrots and peas. Put this aside. Soak cashews in hot water for 30 minutes. Make a smooth paste by crushing soaked cashews, chopped tomatoes, ginger and garlic.

Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the bay leaves and tomato-cashew paste. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and stir fry. Pour water and add green chillies. Let it cook for a while. When thickened, add fried vegetables, hot spices, sugar, salt and cream. Combine it with the gravy and remove from the heat. Ready to veg butter!
