Season with salt, pepper powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and tomato sauce. Cook it until the spices are combined. Remove the spices.
Heat another pan and toast a piece of bread. When both sides are lightly golden, spread tomato ketchup and add onion-capsicum spice. Garnish with grated cheese on top of the spices. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt over the spices. Spicy cheese toast is ready!
