We like to eat and experiment with food. Sometimes, we tend to mix two different foods to create a whole new dish. And there are some really good food combinations out there that can boost health. One such healthy food combination is yogurt and strawberries. Nutritionist Namami Agarwal highlighted the health benefits of this combination in an Instagram video. Enmami says that this food combination comes with lots of antioxidants. Strawberries are rich in vitamin C and also contain vitamin A. Compounds like manganese and potassium in strawberries keep the heart healthy and regulate blood sugar, Nami said.

Regarding yogurt, he said it helps load on protein and reduce weight. And the probiotic properties of yogurt strengthen the immune system and aid digestion.
“Mix yogurt and strawberries and you have a perfect snack option,” Nmami added.

Earlier, Namami Agarwal outlined the benefits of another food combination – buttermilk and chia seeds. Buttermilk and chia seeds together carry soluble fiber, calcium, and are loaded with vitamins B12 and D, he said. Chia seeds, on the other hand, improve liver function and intestinal health. To get it, he said he told his followers that they could just take buttermilk, add some chia seeds to it and drink it.

A few days ago, Namami Agarwal talked about molasses and sesame seeds as another wonderful food combination. He mentioned that sesame seeds contain calcium, magnesium, fiber and protein. They also reduce the risk of heart disease and osteoporosis. About molasses, he said, “It is a good source of iron, anti-oxidant and beneficial for digestion.”
